Anime Vanguards Units are crucial for defending against incoming enemies and are essential for player progression in the game. Most Units are offensive and deployed on the battlefield, but some provide support functions like buffing other towers, debuffing enemies, and spawning additional units. Each Unit has unique abilities that can become highly effective when combined with others. Units can also evolve, boosting their base stats and gaining new abilities.

A “Unit” is any collectible character in the game. You can get units from banners, portals, and challenges. During stages, units can be placed to either deal damage to enemies or earn money each round. You can view all the units you’ve collected at the Collection NPC.
Unit Stats
Damage: Damage is the total amount of damage a unit can deal. Some effects like burn or decay depend on a unit’s damage. If a unit hits multiple times per attack, the damage is divided across those hits. For example, if a unit’s attack is 500 and it hits 5 times, each hit will do 100 damage.
SPA (Seconds Per Attack): SPA is how long a unit takes between attacks. It includes the time for the unit’s attack animation, which can sometimes be fast or nearly instant. Even if an animation is cut short, it won’t reduce the damage.
Range: Range is how far a unit can reach to attack enemies. Once a unit starts its attack, it will continue attacking the enemy it targeted, even if that enemy moves out of range. If the enemy dies during the attack, the remaining attack will continue where the enemy died.
